Fibo started as a bakery in 1941 and turned into an automated vending machine in the 1960s where employees cooked the food and filled the machine. You can get food like bitterball, mozzarella sticks, cheeseburgers, and hot dogs here, but they wanted to experience the vending machine aspect so they chose to wait rather than order from the counter.
